Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in the logistics industry and are ready to work in the fast-paced world offreightbrokerage.As aFreightBroker- Sales/Dispatch, you will be responsible for managing transportation logistics, coordinating with clients and carriers, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires you to work in the US shift and communicate with US-based clients, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls forfreightbrokerage services.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with carriers and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
    • Dispatch shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and clients to ensure profitability.
    • Provide customer support by resolving issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Learn and implement logistics processes, systems, and industry standards to perform efficiently.
    • Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume, shipment dispatches, and customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Freshers with any background or graduation are welcome to apply.
    • Excellent communication skillsin English (both verbal and written).
    • Stronginterpersonal skillsand the ability to build relationships with clients and carriers.
