We are looking for dynamic and result-driven International Marketing Executives to join our Business Development team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills to handle outbound calls and build relationships with potential clients in the UK market.Responsibility :Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UK to promote the company freight forwarding services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK-based businesses in need of logistics and transportation solutions. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the company. Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all queries are resolved promptly. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.Requirements :Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling or business development in the freight forwarding, logistics, or international sales industry. Experience working in a UK market is preferred.Proficiency in UK Accent English.Good knowledge of MS Office.Fast learner and passion for sales.Aptitude in delivering attractive sales call.Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.Experience in UK/USA outbound calling.Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with UK accent. Education: Bachelors degree.
