    • Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
    • Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
    • Take calls from providers/callers.
    • Escalates calls to supervisor when transaction closing is delayed, or transaction exceeds contract processing schedule.
    • Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
    • Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.
    Job Requirements
    • Any Graduates
    • Excellent Communication (both verbal & written).
    • Expertise in customer handling.
    • Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
