Job Description

    We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our us Voice Banking Process. As part of this role, you will handle banking-related queries from US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist us customers with banking-related queries.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
    • Experience: Minimum 6 months of international call center experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Shifts: Must be willing to work night shifts.
