Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are inviting MBA -Intern for HR profile.We will help you to shape your career in HR profile with highly experienced professional.Job location - Noida Sector-62.Qualification - Any Management Degree.You will be hired on permanent role after 6 month & your stipend will be revised.Responsibilities
    • Design and update job descriptions
    • End to End recruitment
    • Sourcing and screening potential candidates through effective usage of Internal Systems, Database, Job Portals, Postings as well as through Social Networking within defined timelines.
    • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
    • Screening candidates through various resources
    • Taking preliminary round of interview
    • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
    • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
    • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
    • Regular follow up with the respective reporting managers and candidates to ensure timely closures.
    • Schedule job interviews and interaction with Account Managers to ensure closure.
    • Managing the selection, offer, negotiation, closing, involved in full lifecycle recruiting
    • Daily, weekly & Monthly MIS updates
    Requirements and skills
