The applications are used by over 6,000 designers.Job summaryThis is for the position of a IT Analyst who will have responsibilities for developing, administrating and supporting tools used in HW Design data management. The applications/ tools include tools used for HW design workspace management, configuration management and publishing tools. The candidate should have an ability to grasp new technologies quickly and work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate for this position will be required to demonstrate flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.This position is based out of Noida, India and offers opportunity to work in a globally distributed team where candidate will get a unique opportunity of personal development in a multi-cultural environment. The candidate will also get a challenging environment to develop expertise in the technologies useful in the industry.Primary responsibilities:

• Contribution to the architecture specification definition of new features and fixes.
• Gathering requirements from customers, defining and aligning the tool roadmap.
• Coding & code testing . Contribution to code reviews and validation of features developed by other developers
• Coordinate the team activities for development and testing.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of the automated test suite.
• Contribute to the support of the application (documentation writing and Tier2/3 level support to users).
• Drive alignment with customers/ partner teams on flow infrastructure topics.
• Provide the training on Design flow infrastructure to new users.

• Degree in Computer Science and relevant technical experience of 8 years or more.
• High level of skill in the perl programming language and perl modules.
• Strong knowledge of Data Configuration Management systems (DesignSync and SVN).
• Linux command line and shell scripting skills, good background in automation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and logical skills
• Knowledge of agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Any experience in using or supporting Product Lifecycle Management tools is an added advantage.
• Experience with web server administration such as Apache will be a plus.
