Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, ERP implementation & support, and ensure seamless IT operations at our electronics manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP systems, network administration, cybersecurity, and IT support for a manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:
    • ERP Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other business applications. Train end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
    • IT Infrastructure & Support: Manage IT hardware, software, networks, and security systems across both locations. Oversee server management, data backups, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and resolve technical issues promptly. Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and service agreements.
    • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement technology-driven improvements in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and efficiencies.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industry.
    • Hands-on experience in ERP implementation & support (SAP, Oracle, or any relevant ERP).
    • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, servers, and IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team management skills.
    Note: This hiring is for Noida location( Sector 83 - plant), Interviews will be conducted f2f in corporate office only which is in Kirtinagar, delhi
