Job Description

    • Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTotal responsibility for maintenance of complete IT Infrastructure including Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Switches etc.Ensure maximum uptime of all IT assets.Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting involved with all IT equipments.Manage Hardware assets and software licensing and keep track of all hardware and software licenses.Provide online/offline/remote supports for Hardware and OS for Branchs/clients, defining and resolving problem, tracing, diagnosing, correcting faults, and documenting each issue, identifying recurring problems.Reporting the major issues to management and recommending solutions, initiate escalation process to resolve the technicalConfiguration of firewall, intrusion preventive system, switches & routers.24X7 monitoring of network.
