Job Description

    Hi,Were hiring for IT/Network Consultant in one of the CMM5 level company.Go through the JD for your reference!Position : IT Consultant / Network ConsultantExperience : 4-5 yearsPAN IND locationWork from HomeJob DescriptionIT and Network Consultant who can conduct IT service management assessment against ISO 20000-1. The assessment should include the following:
    • A clear description of the IT processes that need to be improved
    • Provide a realistic and customized ISO 20000 implementation path
    • Long term IT Strategies for the business based on ISO 20000 standards alignment with business strategy.
    • WOT Analysis: identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to IT services, disaster recovery sites, branches, BCP site, and data center A list of missing IT procedures which are required for compliancy A pre Audit for IT with the following reports:
    • Non Conformity Report (NCR) What is the main reason for the NCR or what went wrong Why the work doesnt meet specs What can be done to prevent the problem from happening again
    • Explanation of corrective action taken or to be taken Key players involved in the NCR and specs affected under the NCR Summary of Findings: All IT services that need improvements o Corrective Action Report (CAR) Define corrective action for the problem occurred
    • Identify the root cause
    • Define levels of corrective action and responsibilities
    • Identify contractual requirements impacting the schedule and delivery of the products
    • Continuous follow ups procedures
