Job Description

    We are hiring an experienced IT Recruitment Lead / Senior IT Recruiter with strong exposure to Indian Domestic IT Recruitment (70%) and Offshore/International Recruitment US/Overseas (30%). The role involves end-to-end IT recruitment along with team handling responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
    • Manage Indian domestic & US/Offshore hiring
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
    • Work closely with hiring managers and clients
    • Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
    Required Skills:
    • 5 years of IT recruitment experience
    • Strong Indian domestic recruitment exposure
    • Hands-on experience in US/Overseas recruitment
    • Team handling & leadership skills
    • Excellent communication & coordination
