The ideal candidate will have a passion for career development and a knack for building networks.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
    • Organize and coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.
    • Collaborate with trainers to understand students skills and align them with industry requirements.
    • Provide career counseling and guidance to students for job readiness.
    • Track and report placement statistics and trends.
    • Ensure the seamless execution of the placement process.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or HR roles.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Familiarity with the IT industry and its hiring trends is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
