    • Should know how to generate the leads from the Bidding portal.
    • Target should be 60 % of your monthly salary.
    • Sales in website development and Application development FOR INTERNATIONAL.

    Key Responsibilities:-
    • Responsible for meeting the sales targets asset for the US andother geographies Such as UK.
    • Hire, build, manage a sales team, and aggressively hunt for new business.
    • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from the own network as well asthe companys lead generation activities.
    • Handling a Team of 15 team members with 8 people from the leadgeneration team.
    • Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets.
    • Build and foster a target-driven approach for pre-sales,marketing, and sales function, setting a unified direction to ensure priorities are always clear.
    • Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes neededto transform the organization into a sales-driven environment.
    • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies, content roadmap,and related collaterals
    • Manage the sales team
    • Set and track sales targets.
    • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
    • Services:- Web Development, Mobile apps, SEO, SMO, Digital marketing.
