The DDI Solution Owner role responsible for service design including technical design, functionality, configuration, performance and quality of DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management solutions shortly called DDI solution. For Internal and external IP address and name resolutions. This is a global position for enabling the DDI service and IT Digitalization by preparing the Network ready future supporting all business requirements.-Designed solutions must meet Nokia business requirements and be deployable and supportable by service providers- Prepare of design proposals, present in internal steering meeting to get this approved from stakeholder and implement the solution if required. -Manages the DDI solutions, guides the IT service providers technical solution team, performs the necessary acceptance and assures the quality after the implementation for the solution- Coordinates solution, provisioning and deployment by service providers-Cooperation with Nokia Cyber Security, Business Stakeholders, IT Infrastructure Architects and Service Owner,- She/He performs and validates requirements analysis, prepares demand requests to providers and evaluates technical solution proposals from the service providers- Bachelors degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent- Minimum of 15+ years experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment- Deep level understanding in DNS technologies and enterprise level solution- Experience in DNS, DHCP, RIR with respect to IPv4 and IPv6- Experience in DNS records, TLD, SOA, Root, DNS forwarders.etc Enterprise DNS architecture- Experience in IPv6 structure, using IPv6 in enterprise, data center.etc- Knowledge in DNSsec, DNS6 and experience in Anycast DNS deployment- Previous experience of understanding and solving independently complex issues related to DNS services, including external, internal domains-Good understanding on LAN/WAN technologies, firewalls, virtualization, load balancing, traffic management LAN technologies and WAN routing- Experience in Requirement gathering and Understanding of ITIL processes-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self-Strong customer focus- Drive to deliver results, get things done attitude,
