Job Description

    a) Design & Develop Concept/3D model / 2D drawing MIG/MAG/Spot/Projection welding jig/FixturesIncluding manual/Pneumatic / Welding Cell Past experience must be in commercial industry.b) Well versed with technical calculations- cylinders/Clamp / Valves Etc.c) Knowledge of Jig Fixture Raw Materials / BOP / Selection Criteria.d) Knowledge of Jig Fixtures costing & customer drawing study.e) Ability to develop proto samples as per timeline.f) Ability to extract BOM & Manage the ERP.g) Able to handle Tool Room team for internal Development of Jigs / Fixtures & manage the outside vendors for job work.h) Knowledge of process design along with Cycle Time calculation & VA /VE.
