Job Description

    Job Profile: Finance and Accounts Head (Only from Garment exports)Candiates should only apply if they have experience in garment manufacturing and exporting industryJOB LOCATION: B-7, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum 03 Years in Finance and AccountsFluent Verbal and written English is mandatory for this job as it requires to coordinate with overseas clients.This job requires deep knowledge of finance and accountsPlease only apply after reading the JOB descriptionRequirements:- Education: MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Project projection for a new factory, plant setup, etc- Finance analysis for past and future business- Cash Flow projection and analysis- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written. communication skills. Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.Deliverables-- Participate in market research activities to gather relevant financial data and insights.- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and reports.- GST day-to-day and quarterly, annually filling- TDS Calculations, Tally, General Accounting, Voucher Making.- Annual return and audit for GST- Personal and company Income tax returns- Monthly trial balance- GST/ESI/PF- Knowledgeable of labor laws and different types of factory compliances will be appreciated but not compulsory- Get an audit done with the companys CA- Knowledgeable about Banking and different type of debts- Company formation, company laws, and accountancy rules- Responsible for the implementation of company strategy in its finance and accounts to analyse figures and provide recommendations based on the outcomes.- Coordinating corporate finance regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and other reports- Experience in Manufacturing Unit assignments is desirable for the profile.- Analytical mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.About the CompanyShree Chaitanya International is a clothing manufacturer and worldwide exporter operating for the past 25 years.
