ProVals managed services capabilities combine proprietary technology, people and processes, delivered remotely from our global Network Operations Center Job Description Position Name: Sr. System Engineer- Kaseya/ Labtech Lead Experience Required : 4- 10 yrs Educational Qualifications Essential: B.E/B.Tech / Any Graduate Position Concept Team management, service delivery management, handling escalated technical issues. Designing, documentation and enforcement of service delivery at technical level related to areas like patching, server management, server tune- ups, daily checks, backup check methodology, anti- virus management, and other technical solution. Designing, implementation, and maintenance of the internal ProVal knowledgebase to house articles, SOPs, and other documentation. Responsibility for entire service delivery and company toolsets including ticketing tools, monitoring software, and other remote tools. Skill Required Essential Skills 1. Experience in technical support industry, especially on Microsoft Windows server and desktop platform, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, patch management etc. 2. Good Communication skills 3. Good Interpersonal skills 4. Team management 5. Knowledge of ITIL Framework Mandatory Skills 1. Experience of at least 2 years in an MSP environment using RMM software such as: N- able, Kaseya, Labtech. Experience on any one of these is mandate.
