Job Description

    Position ( Level)Key Account ManagerFunctionAnimal-NutritionReports toSenior Director-Sales & MarketingSummarySummary of Job(Why the job exists, Department organogram) Responsible for Handling Key Accounts of the Company giving High value Revenue Identifying and assessing a clients critical needs. Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have. Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments.Principal Responsibilities (KRAs) Maintain business revenue sales with the existing customers in the region/ zone. Initiate New product related sales to existing & new customers Identify and meet key decision makers at customers side & generate demand for existing & new products. Track competitor activity and update to techno marketing team. Monthly sales planning & forecasting for his clients. Responsible for collection of invoice value raised to the customers as per company policy.. Inform and participate in the key exhibitions / seminars of the area. Organize customer meet events on behalf of Jubilantto Manage relationship with customers.No. of ReporteesNILQualification & Experience Any graduate (Preferably B.V.Sc / Science Background ) with relevant Animal Nutrition Feed supplement experience of 6-10 Year . Preferred if have relevant experience of handling Key Accounts.Functional knowledge & Competencies Conceptual knowledge of Animal Nutrition Good command over MS-Office/ERP Good negotiation and interpersonal skills,
