Description: L1 Engineers: Experience: 3 - 4 Years Location: Noida Education: Bachelor Degree Industry Type: Distribution e- Invoicing Role: Calls & Ticket handling Required Language: English, Hindi Functional Area: L1 support Role & Responsibility Job Purpose: To be part of a support team. . Strong understanding of Messaging, mail and communication. .Softskill, educational calls and basic resolution of the issues. .Having good hands with windows and office .Strong & Quick communication. .Team work and ticket tracking skill. .Engagement with L2 and L3 team for proper knowledge transfer. .e- Mail and communication writing skill. .RCA follow- ups, con call/ meeting/ mails with MS HUB/ Circle SPOCs .Knowledge of window command like ping, tracert. .MS- Office for reporting .Vendor co- ordination and conflict management .Customer Work/ Relationship Management . Office working days/ hours 6 days 8 hours working hours in a week. . They will be working in Shifts as per the roster.
