Job Description

Exp - 6 yearsKey Skills - SMS & SMSC platform coupled with knowledge on Containers (Docker/Kubernetes) , Shell Scripting , Linux DB query awareness would be a good fitNP -Immediate - 30 daysProcess - 2-3 interview roundLocation - Noida6 years of relevant experience in an engineering, technical operations, or technical support roleExperience supporting mission critical fully redundant services with high uptime requirements.Strong experience working with REST APIs, SMPP 3.4/5.0, able to use tools such as curl or postman to construct ad hoc requests.Strong general Unix/Linux skills including shell scripting (bash)Experience working at an SMS Aggregator or CPaaS provider.A good understanding of networking / internetworkingFamiliarity with low level network protocols and able to interpret a packet traceFamiliar with all the major components of an internet facing network (DNS, load balancer, proxy, reverse proxy, firewall, VPN, Mailrelay, etc.). Experience of supporting high volume low latency systems.Experience working in a cloud environment with a containerized deployment.Good scripting skills in either python or Perl.Experienced working with RDBMS (MySQL), performing SQL queries, exports etc.An understanding of asynchronous systems and queueing.Excellent communication skills, Fluency in EnglishExcellent problem-solving skillsAble to work autonomously without guidance, reacting to and owning the resolution of an issue and escalating to engineering whereappropriate.Well versed with ITIL processesFamiliarity with the SMS Industry or any similar Telco experienceFamiliarity with ELK stackFamiliarity with KafkaFamiliarity with Kubernetes deploymentsFamiliarity with Robin platform,
