Job Description Job Description Job Title Lead Engineer Reporting To Product Owner Location Noida Responsibilities The position requires one to work on eX Advertising platform. Work as a self- driven individual contributor in a fast paced, agile development team. Develop deep understanding of system interdependencies, limitations and consistently deliver within it Leverage industry wide good practices and knowledge in technical decisions Design and code for scale, speed and reliability. Participate in peer code reviews, metric driven quality and performance assessment of the system. Be a team player and work towards achievement of team goals. Contribute to the technical roadmap of the platform. Required Skills Prior experience with working on interdependent systems, modular and scalable platforms Fluent with data structures and algorithms. Hands on experience on Java and OOP programming methodologies Excellent grasp of different design patterns and approaches, with understanding and opinion on what works in what situation Hands on experience and in- depth understanding of relational databases, SQL query and performance optimization Hands on with software build and version control systems like Git, Maven Experience of JMS/ messaging systems. Working knowledge of HornetQ, ActiveMQ is a plus Excellent hands on experience with multi- threaded programming. Strong foundation in computer science and analysis of time/ space complexities Excited about learning new technologies, frameworks and programming methodologies Ability to work across teams and products Desired Skills Startup experience Hands on experience with RESTful web services Advanced relational database experience, like partitioning, data migration, performance tuning Hands on experience with any NoSQL database and distributed caches Experience of application health and performance monitoring Familiarity with UI technologies like Javascript, Flex, Html5 Qualifications BTech / MTech from reputed engineering college such as IIT, BITS, DCE, RECs with 5 - 8 years of hands on experience.,
