Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lead Engineer Reporting To: Product Owner Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities Design and develop javascript framework, libraries to build a cross device rich media platform used to build and run highly engaging ad formats for display, mobile and video advertising. Build Proof of concepts on the basis of emerging trends and capabilities of client side frameworks, browser toolkits and javascript engines. Solve compatability issues across the heterogeneous mobile device landscape. Help define technical solutions for product specifications. Write quality, testable, maintainable and well- documented object- oriented code. Work as an individual contributor in a fast paced, agile development team. Design and code for scale, speed and reliability. Be a team player and work towards achievement of team goals. It requires one to be motivated to write optimized javascript libraries and plugins to build modular widgets not limited to maps, 360 view, image galleries and data driven widgets as each millisecond of loading time matters. Be able to adopt and improve open source libraries. Required Skills Hands on experience with development of Javascript and HTML5. Any experience with HTML5 video player s, libraries. Good understanding of object oriented design practices and be able write modular javascript code. Any previous experience in building javascript libraries, modules, toolkits, browser plugins. Experience with HTML5 canvas api s. Desired Skills Experience with Videojs, Create js, Easel js Experience in web development on iOS/ Android platform. Experience with NodeJS / Java / PHP. Good understanding of responsive design elements. Experience with development and deployment on Unix/ Linux platform. Qualifications BTech / MTech from reputed engineering college such as IIT, BITS, DCE, REC s with 4 - 6 years of hands on experience. ,
