Job Description

    You are the kind of person who will:Comprehend technical specification documents and convert that information into client-facing deliverables such as release notes, help files, instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questionsDetermine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension; writes and proofreads easy-to-understand user interface text and online help.Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on Information Architecture (IA), reuse strategy and single-sourcing opportunities.
