What you will do - Conduct L&D need analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at an org level- Design and deliver comprehensive L&D courses,and analyse the effectiveness of these L&D sessions- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles You should apply if you : - Are currently an L&D Leader and have experience in HR Business Partnering as well- Believe in collaboration to create useful propositions for the business in areas like talent acquisition, performance management, data analysis, talent engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards- Enjoy analyzing data and derive trends that can help to improve organizational health and make informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth - Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an L&D manager and overall 5-9 years of work experience- Thrive on the adrenaline rush of hustling at a fast-paced startup environment- Can scale fast, work with different leaders and manage in an agile environment,
