Job Description

Review existing company legal policies and procedures and identify the improvement areas.
Help managing the legal & secretarial compliance for the Engineer.AI group.
Reviewing and drafting of various legal agreements like MSAs, shareholders agreements, service agreements and Non-disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements under domestic and international jurisdictions of the Group.

Monitor compliance of key provisions contained in various existing agreements with stakeholders.
Help manage the Trademark and other IP registrations of the Group.
Help manage the Groups claims litigations for infringement of the Groups registered trademarks, patents and other IP Rights.
Issuing of debt collection letters to defaulting customers and pursuing claims against those that do not pay.
Prepare reports of the key activities undertaken as part of the role.
General observance of laws in all functions of the Group.
Working knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST is preferred.
