Job Description

    Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, understand their loan needs, and explain available loan options.Loan Application Assistance: Help clients complete loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately and on time.Documentation & Verification: Verify the clients financial documents (e.g., income statements, credit history) to assess their eligibility and mitigate potential risks.Underwriting Support: Work with the underwriting team to ensure loans are approved based on accurate and complete information.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining terms and conditions, and resolving any issues that arise during the loan process.Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services, meeting sales targets where applicable.Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, loan products, interest rates, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.QualificationsBachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a loan officer, loan consultant, or sales role (typically 1-3 years).Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and financial principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.SkillsAnalytical Ability: Capable of evaluating financial documents and understanding credit risk.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in document preparation and verification.Customer-Centric: Dedicated to providing clients with a seamless and positive experience.Sales Skills: Ability to sell financial products and achieve sales goals.Work EnvironmentThe Loan Executive may work in a financial institution, such as a bank or credit union, or for a mortgage or lending company. The position typically involves office work, with occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.This role can be ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, have strong interpersonal skills, and are interested in helping people meet their financial goals through effective loan solutions.
