Job Description

- Overall 15 Years+ experience managing multiple product categories with at least 5 Years in Fashion or Home Category.- Effectively lead and owns all customer and business metrics essential for the growth of the category- Able to develop and execute seasonal and short-term sourcing and merchandising plans across various categories- Lead the product execution from vendor scouting, product design and delivery, quality check & assurance, and sample management- Develop deep and long standing relationship with the vendors. Able to define best in class commercial & service agreements with partners- Owns Demand Generation through various existing channels including TV and digital platforms- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities- Work closely with Product, Content, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver top-line, bottom line and customer experience KRAs- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.- Degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent is preferred
