Location Preference-JD is given below:Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365, Archiving Solutions & Boundary Services Environment within Unified Messaging and Communication.Must have knowledge on Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Ironport, Archiving Solutions & Microsoft Teams.Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS TeamsHandles day to day Incident and Request management tasksIs responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum 5 years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging environmentWorking knowledge on different versions of ExchangeWorking knowledge on Microsoft Office 365Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management & archiving solutionsDegree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
