Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join ouroffline study abroad consultancy centre. As the B2B Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our network of institutional partners, schools, colleges, andorganizations. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our centres reach, brand visibility, andbusiness growth.What will you do: Identify potential B2B partners, including educational institutions, schools, colleges, and other organizations. Develop a strategic plan for reaching out to potential partners and establishing mutually beneficial collaborations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in partner institutions. Represent the centre in meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote our services. Understand the unique needs and objectives of B2B partners and tailor our services to meet their requirements. Collaborate with internal. teams to create customized study-abroad solutions for partner institutions. Create persuasive presentations and proposals showcasing the benefits of partnering with our consultancy centre. Deliver compelling pitches to potential partners, highlighting the value we can bring to their students. Lead negotiation processes with potential partners, ensuring terms and agreements align with both parties interests. Draft and finalize partnership agreements, adhering to legal and compliance standards. Monitor and track the performance of B2B partnerships, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results to senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events targeting B2B partners. Leverage digital and offline channels to create awareness and engagement within the B2B segment. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the study abroad consultancy sector. Identify emerging opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.What will you need: Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business or management Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hunting/ managing school and college relationships Capability to run a large regional business with minimal inputs Willingness to travel incessantly to drive local channels and relationships Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal, cross-functional teams as well as external partnersWhat will you get: Be a part of the fast-growing startup defining strategies for the growth of the company.
