Job Description

    Job Profile :- Perform detailed reviews of financial models and prepare, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings in a report.- Manage engagements for modeling transactions (mergers and acquisitions), financial feasibility of projects, corporate and debt restructuring, valuation and corporate strategy.- Manage a team of 15-20 professionals.Skill set required:- MBA / CA / CFA with 8 - 10 yrs of exp with minimum 5 yrs of exp into building financial models.- Should have exp into Core financial models - bid support, building fin models to advise, project finance models.- Must have Power Bi, Alteryx working exp.,
