Job Description

    Urgent Hiring: Manager - Carrier Relationship (Telecommunication Industry)Experience: Minimum 3 yearsJob Location: Noida Sector 2Remuneration: 6-8LPAKey Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute routing strategies for Voice Traffic and A2P SMS traffic.2. Monitor traffic patterns and proactively adjust routing to optimize performance.3. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of Voice and A2P SMS traffic to customers.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external carriers and partners.6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for Wholesale Voice and A2P SMS.7. Monitor and manage routing and quality performance, conducting detailed analyses to identify and solve problems.8. Set pricing policies for Telecom products (AutoDialer, Switch, etc.) through diligent research on cost and market conditions.9. Analyze and devise solutions to enhance. revenue and margin across Telecom products.10. Liaise with other internal departments on a daily basis to ensure streamlined operations.11. Provide 24/7 support to customers and suppliers, coordinating efforts with a dedicated team.12. Engage with external clients and vendors to strengthen partnerships.13. Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets.14. Actively seek and establish new interconnections with customers and suppliers,
