Its the opportunity to do your lifes best work.(sm)The person will be part of Consumer Experience Team and will be responsible to drive NLP, IVR Analytics. Along with this they may be responsible to drive processes and technology improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology (requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and priorities. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community. Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products.Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.Primary Responsibilities:

• Team management, mentoring along with hands-on Analytics (including outcome translation for business partners)
• Interaction with key stakeholders on regular basis and identify the new Analytics business opportunities
• Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise by Analyzing and investigating
• Drive Consumer Analytics for Healthcare Domain
• Strong Delivery of Advanced Analytics and Business Translations
• Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Manage a team of data/statistical analysts
• Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
• Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field
• 6+ years of business analytics work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Python/BigData with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures
• 3+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
• Healthcare knowledge of 2+ years
• Experience in managing a team of Data/Statistical analysts
• Strong in Machine-Learning Techniques and Business Solutioning

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
• Tableau knowledge in order to mentor team
• Experience in Healthcare Marketing or Consumer experience
• Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, bench-marking and/or evaluation of business processes
• Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
• Meticulous, attention to detail, with an over-all passion for continual improvement
• Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
