This is a key position and the incumbent is expected to bring in the requisite expertise in Operations as well as Analytics. Key responsibilities for this position are:Be a part of Solutioning team and provide necessary domain expertise on energy operations Helping out Pre-Sales team in client meetings Managing execution of customer orders of iBMS / EMS, in terms of overall project management Ensuring good after-sales support to customers Should have good command in working of various equipments such as chillers, DGs, pumps, AHUs, actuators, various sensors, energy meters, etc. Should have worked on solution definition, installation, commissioning and supporting the facility maintenance team Experience in developing energy savings strategies and implementation of the same Experience in systematic and timely Project Planning and Execution Should have strongly analytical mind, with experience in using various analytical tools and techniques Skills / Attributes required Should be passionate about energy efficiency and equipment operations An entrepreneurial bent of mind will be an added advantage, wherein the incumbent plays a critical role in developing his own department as well as the overall organization for future Should have very good inter-personal skills with strong team orientation.
