    Overview:Experience & QualificationsMinimum 12 years experience with Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager and WSUS in a multi-site, enterprise environment.Min 12 years Information Technology or Engineering or information Systems, or related work experience.Minimum 7 years of systems engineering/administration experience in Microsoft Windows Operating SystemsAbility to communicate technical issues and translate into non-technical business reviews.Key CompetenciesTechnical Skills7-9 years experience with Microsoft Patching. Has advanced skills in Server and System EngineeringWell versed with tools such as PatchMYPC, WSUS, and SCCMWell versed in OS types as 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS technologiesDeliver a high quality IT service including security policies and up to date patching for softwareVulnerability Assessment and Security remedeationGlobal risk and Compliance knowledgeWorking experience with blade servers, virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure, AWS) is a strong plusBackground in dealing with global and remote teams is a strong plusRelevant certifications (ITIL, Security Assessment, MCSE-Server) is a strong plusWindows server patch management using tools such as PatchmyPC, WSUS, SCCM, Bigfix.Personal SkillsComprehension of ITIL methodology.Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional verbal communication skills.
