Working as bridge between client and management and handle the entire coordination. Meeting clients and provide detail presentations. Initiate the details and provide terms and conditions, preparing contracts etc. Commercial negotiations. Building a brand images. Coordination with all other stakeholders i.e., sales, legal, company secretory etc. Business development and revenue generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate, preferably MBA with minimum 2 - 6 years of experience in real estate industry in leasing profile. Proficiency in computer literacy MS Office, PPT Good interpersonal skill Good in analytics and presentations.
