Location , Department Unit and Reporting Location: NoidaDepartment: IT - ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM)Reporting To: Head - ResearchJob Details / Criteria Basic Functions / Job Responsibility: Drive end to end research function at NASSCOM - SSC / FutureSkillsWork with leadership team and internal stakeholders to determine research objectives and strategyCreate subject matter specific research plans including scoping , implementation , analysis , partnerships and outreachEstablish vendor / research partnerships based on business needs work with them to ensure successful completion of objectivesDesign surveys , questionnaires , polls and leverage the appropriate new digital tools specific to research requirementsDevelop a skills related content / knowledge platform that includes quantitative and qualitative database that integrates with the NASSCOM knowledge management systemDevelop internal expertise , and understanding and on skilling ecosystem in India through primary and secondary research , and drive outreach through blogging and whitepapers on NASSCOM Community and related membership connect eventsCreate research deliverables - PowerPoint reports / extensive Excel spreadsheets , executive summaries , blogs , articles , case studies , process maps , message maps and presentations Knowledge , Skills , Qualifications , Experience: MBA / Masters degree in business management , statistics , or economics5 - 10 Years of experience working in Research / consulting sector with prior experience into Primary and Secondary research , data collection and analysisKnowledge of working in the talent and skilling landscape is preferredShould possess business and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO / VP / Director levelExperience with B2B based partnerships , project management and efficient stakeholder and vendor engagementAbility to manage complex projects and multi - task with excellent organization skillsAbility to work both as an individual contributor as well as in a collaborative team environmentProficient with Excel , PowerPoint and Google Docs,
