    Position: Manager - Telecom Products (India and UAE)Role Overview: The Manager for Telecom Products at our company is a pivotal role responsible for efficiently managing the import, distribution, and client interaction processes related to telecom products. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote telecom products and achieve sales targets. Identify and target key market segments, verticals, and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.2. Client Interaction:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, sharing Quotes and managing. Orders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their telecom product needs.3. Data Management and Analysis:Utilize Excel expertise to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for informed decision-making.Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in operational efficiency.4. Process Improvement:Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements to optimize workflows.Streamline order processing, inventory management, and import procedures to enhance overall productivity.5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and motivate a team responsible for various operational tasks, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and technical support, to ensure seamless operations.6. Risk Management:Anticipate potential challenges in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or regulatory changes, and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with import regulations and industry standards.7. Proactive Problem-Solving:Display a strong presence of mind to address unexpected issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing any negative impact on operations or client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, preferably with a technical graduation.Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the telecom or technology trading industry.Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
