Job Description

    We are seeking an experiencedTrainer/Quality Specialistto deliveronline and offline training programs, managequality assurance processes, and improve the overall performance of the team. This role requires a skilled professional who can drive standardized practices, coordinate training sessions, and maintain high-quality standards for assigned processes.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong training and quality management expertise, including knowledge ofZTP policy, variousaudit mechanisms, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
    • Should have adequate experience to deliver online & offline training programs.
    • Ability to lead a team, coordinate with others locations, and drive standardized practices
    • Should be able to plan batches/training sessions as per the process requirements and execute it on the production
    • Maintain quality assurance for the assigned process.
    • Strong knowledge on quality parameters, ZTP policy & various audit mechanisms
    • Strengthen quality & training management processes to improve delivery and performance.
    • Should be excellent in preparing training modules/content
    • Preparing Training & Quality SOP for various processes
    • Should be able to prepare an RCA & action plan to achieve the desired targets.
