Job Description

Location, Department Unit and Reporting Location: Noida Department: IT - ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM) Reporting To: Program Head - FutureSkills Prime Job Details/ Criteria Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

  • Rapid information dissemination to individuals through strategies such as viral Campaigns, Contests, Tech Challenges, Success Stories & Testimonials and newsletters and educate partners on the value proposition.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare press releases, media announcements etc. including distribution of press releases, liaison with media and follow - up activities therein.
  • Prepare RFPs/ RFQs to engage the services of a media agency and to develop on - going Public Relations (PR) in line with the objectives of the scheme, besides creating a network of key national media contacts and opinion formers.
  • Ensure right strategies and execution on PR aspects, Webpage / FS Prime landing page, Marketing collateral, Events.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign s overall performance.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Collaborate with events team and external suppliers for all even logistics.
  • Organise appropriate sponsorship and co - badging of external events.
  • Work with selected graphic designer or social media agency to develop promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update website content for conferences, events and seminars.
  • Implement systems with the administrator to manage invitations, sign up, guest list, discounts etc.
  • Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
  • Ensure excellent quality delivery.
  • Provide inputs to events team and liaise with them where needed
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a digital marketing and events position.
  • In - depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up - to - date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
