Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience working with MERN stack technologies and possess a strong understanding of web development principles.Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to implement and maintain features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems as required. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications by optimizing code and troubleshooting issues. Participate in code. reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to project requirements. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects and performance issues. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve development processes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on MERN stack development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Extensive experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack). Familiarity and experience with other Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js, Hapi.js, or Koa.js. Solid understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as SASS or LESS and proficiency in Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation in MERN stack applications. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Knowledge of best practices for web security, performance optimization, and scalability. Proficiency in using AWS SDKs and integrating AWS services into web applications. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and writing unit tests. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying applications using containerization (e.g., Docker). Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Vue.js, Angular). Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
