Job Description

  • Messaging Services Analyst applies a wide application of theories, concepts, and principles in identifying customer needs and managing and supporting systems.
  • Performs request / incident management primarily. Providing steady state support to the exchange / O365 for business infrastructure, handling on-call responsiblities, handling escalations, critical issues, assistance in server maintaintance activties, migration/upgrade etc.
  • Expert on messaging technologies- Exchange, O365, EOP etc.
  • Expertise and strong hands-on knowledge on exchange & O365 environments.
