Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesMicrowave Network Engineer:
    • Good hands-on MW Planning and Design for greenfield project
    • Good hands-on Link Budgeting tools and other tools like Mentum Ellipse, Google Earth, pathloss, MapInfo, etc.
    • Good hands-on experience on microwave optimization across vendors Ericsson, Huawei, NEC, SIAE & Others.
    • Traffic, Topology and Media Planning
    • Site Selection for MW and Fiber
    • Field Survey and Map Knowledge
    • Transmission Planning using Pathloss & other planning tools.
    • Knowledge on Packet loss optimization and 2G/LTE.
    • Knowledge on EMS, optimization & report preparations.
    • Ethernet transport Design.
    • Work experience in transmission designing and optimization of following Networks:
    • o DCN, Sync, Quality of Service (QoS)
    • TX Audit and optimizing backhaul capacity
    • Good understanding of advanced and complex radio networks to be able to assist with optimization and creative design solutions.
    • Keep track of customer Network planning records.
    • Network design documents (HLD/LLD/Solution Document) and clarify all technical issues
    • Provide Transmission network strategic and architecture planning, ensuring robustness, scalability, interoperability, and appropriate technology
    • Engagement with Project deployment teams to plan and coordinate common activities and develop synergies leading towards common goals
    • In time completion of Tx design activities.
    • Co-ordinate pro-actively with Internal and external stake holdersfor daily MW rollout activities & Cross-Domain coordination.
    • Provide technical support for marketing team and response all technical queries from customer.
    • Ability to design a large network with complex network technology.
    IP RAN Engineer:IP Assignment and allocation for BasebandService order form submissionBaseband HLD/LLDDCN, Sync, IPsec, SlicingQuality of Service(QoS),TX Audit and optimizing RAN backhaul capacityGood understanding of advanced and complex radio networks to be able to assist with advanced optimization and creative design solutionsNetwork design documents (HLD/LLD/DD) and clarify all technical issuesAdditional Requirements:
    • Good hands-on Excel and MS power point.
    • Must have customer facing and engagement experience esp. with senior management
    • Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
    • Innovation and proactive attitude
    • Team player but also demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
    • Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery
