    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • Should have 5-7 years of experience on Microwave technologies.
    • Good hands-on experience on microwave optimization across vendors Huawei, NEC, SIAE & Others.
    • Good hands-on Link Budgeting tools and other tools like Mentum Ellipse, Google Earth, pathloss, MapInfo, etc.
    • Good hands-on Excel and MS power point.
    • Knowledge on Packet loss optimization and 2G/LTE
    • Knowledge on EMS, optimization & report preparations
    • Traffic, Topology and Media Planning
    • Site Selection for MW and Fiber
    • Field Survey and Map Knowledge
    • Transmission Planning using TLP and pathloss
    • Ethernet transport Design
    • Basic IP knowledge
