With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).Solution Architect in the MN Services DU Architecture team delivers and maintains the overall architecture for the solutions applied throughout MN Services and ensures its implementation within different services units. He/she will create and interpret reference architecture for the extended service business units/ domains to enable service portfolio management teams to create and maintain different solutions for service delivery. Person is also responsible for requirements consolidation to be considered in reference architectures and in solution creation phase.The successful candidate will lead the work for the reference architecture and be responsible for cross-business unit topics related to the different units/domains to achieved through strong architectural guidance for both short- and long-term competitive advantage in services. Gathering requirements internally, externally for mentioned areas and working together with other architecture teams to interpret, create and maintain, and further plan activities in the architecture domain.This is a position responsible for establishing the future of reference architecture required for the digital transformation within services and having also strong interconnect to other BG s in Nokia to achieve common future digital architecture direction. Person is also key in moving from future architecture proven by proof of concept phase to reference architectures and solution architectures in services. • Responsible for reference architecture creation including low level designs and data flows for the x-domains and ensuring its implementation in global services units.
• Responsible to work with selected lead internal customer(s) to develop and implement the Nokia digital services architecture.
• Verifies key architecture enablers with related proof-of-concept work
• Responsible for key interface with selected key suppliers to enable technology availability to ensure short- and long-term success in global services
• Responsible of cross-unit architecture topics related to different domains to achieve by strong architectural guidance short- and long-term competitive advantage in global services.
Your skills and experience Minimum of 5+ years experience in solution architecture creation in services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment
• Background in Network in connectivity topics
• Excellent leadership skills as well as problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive, influence, and implement new product ideas
• Able to interface with internal customers and 3rd party partners to understand opportunities and use cases
• Lead proof of concept research and development in line with emerging industry trends
• Strong ability to interface with and synthesize messages for executive level management, both internally and with customers

Technical Skills:
• Programming experience desired: React, node, Javascript, Java preferred; any 3GL acceptable. Database skills also required (DB2 and Mongo preferred)
• Cloud experience required; AWS and Azure Cloud Platform preferred
