Job Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDrive and achieve revenue through all modes of channel sales including distribution and B2B sales.Meet National Sales financial objectives by accurate forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.Drive increase in channel sales from existing clients across the nation (Both Volume and Value).Analyse primary and secondary sales channel across the nation for sales strategy formulation.Operate as a profit centre head for the respective territories.Identify and appoint new distributors in untapped markets to increase distributor coverage.Expand product reach and adoption in the country through appropriate channel strategy.Achieve Operational Sales Objectives by building strategic plans, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality, & customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audit, identifying trends, determining national sales system improvements and implementing changes.Provides leadership and direction to sales automation, sales capability building, market visibility agendas for the products business.Drives & delivers monthly/quarterly/bi-annually and annually assigned marketing activations in co-ordination with trade marketing team and sales development activities,BTL, merchandising at POP stores, agent branding etc. Market Connect: Carries out intensive field visits and interacts with employees, dealers and end users.Sees through that the company’s Systems, Policies and Processes along with business intelligence tools are implemented and adhered to across all the levels in his team.Takes responsibility to align all the sales workforce with the company’s vision, mission and culture at all times.Builds and enhances capabilities in the team by setting team/individual goals that stretch their capacities, create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and prioritize continuous development of the team in their individual capacities to ultimately enable the company to achieve its business goals.
