About Customer Experience The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Job Description The purpose of the role is to support the Network design related activities for the opportunities related to Nokia DAC solution or private wireless solution for Enterprise customers.Job Responsibilities & Competencies Job Responsibilities
• Provide support to Regional Consultants by understanding Customer Radio Network Design requirements and guidelines mentioned in the RFx.
• Propose Indoor and Outdoor Radio Network Solutions as per the Customer requirements.
• Lead Complete Radio Network Design activities involving - Aligning the Design Inputs, Link Budgeting, Propagation Model Tuning, Coverage Planning, Capacity Planning, and Controller Dimensioning.
• Lead RFx discussions and other attributes of the tendering process and ensure meeting timelines and quality standards for NPO BL Deliverables.
• Individual Contributor and ability to guide colleagues to provide bid deliverables related to Radio Network Design.
• Knowledge sharing and ensuring up-to-date document repository.
• Participates in internal and external customer presentations, discussions on solution proposition and proposal and, once the bid is won, facilitate handover to delivery teams.
• Contributes to risk management development by sharing risk management experience, best practices.
• Reflects actions, opinions and feedback from customers and documenting lessons learned in all sales phases according to bid guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
• B. E/ B Tech/ Masters in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical/ Telecom with 10 experience in the network dimensioning.
• Radio Network Design & Planning of Outdoor 2G, 3G,LTE and 5G Networks using Macro Site solutions.
• Radio Planning and Designing of IBS 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G RF Coverage solutions: - Hotels, Stadium, Metro Rail, Tunnels, Airports etc.
• Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters with respect to different technologies like 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G etc.
• Excellent Knowledge on Indoor Coverage planning tools like IBwave etc.
• Proficient Knowledge on Outdoor Coverage planning tools like Atoll, PLANET & ASSET etc.
• Good Knowledge on Controllers dimensioning with their interfaces.
• Good knowledge of Nokia equipment s and multivendor knowledge would be added advantageous.
• Working Knowledge MS Excel, MS Access and SQL as required.
• Experience in working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
• Experience in Project Management/field experience would be an added advantage
