This is a position in IT operations center for enabling reliable service operation.Follow troubleshooting mechanisms stated in SOPs and suggest corrective action or capture logsWork in 24x7 support model and provide required shift handoverCreate incident ticket for device alerts for non-auto-ticketing alerts, triage and escalateExecute low critical service requests based on the SOPsOwn incident ticket resolution end-to-end and co-ordinationsCoordinate with cross-functional technology technical team to resolve the incidentTrack intermediate issue until its closure working with multiple stakeholderFollow the problem mgmt. process to get the root cause and problem task closureEngage WAN service provider/Vendor/TAC to troubleshoot the issue and escalate to get is resolvedAdditional duties as required and possible remote implementation assistance on special projectsHelping in ticket management and reporting taskHands & eye support co-ordination and vendor dispatchQualificationsExperience in managing and supporting network infrastructuresStrong ability to understand the network alerts, events or issuesBachelors degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalentMinimum of 3 years experience in Network technologies and servicesAssociate certification from any of network vendor NRS, JNCIA, CCNA or cloud GCP cloud engineer would be preferredGood understanding on network technologies TCP/IP, TCP/IP Flow control, UDP, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, DNS, ARP, Trunking, & Port Channelling and IPsecGood understanding with routing and dynamic routing protocols such as: OSPF, BGPGood knowledge on Enterprise wired and wireless network, firewalls, virtualization, load balancing and SD-WAN technologiesExperience in with DHCP and IP address mgmt.Experience in Windows server and Linux handlingKnowledge on Virtualization fundamentalsKnowledge on Cloud Compute engine & DB will be preferredKnowledge on scriptingBasics of virtual network and cloud connectivityBasic understanding of common IT Infrastructure architecture and frameworksRequirement gathering experienceUnderstanding of ITIL processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishEager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her selfStrong customer focusDrive to deliver results, get things done attitude,
