Job Description

In team, Network Office Ownerwill be responsible to support the Head of IT network services for managing the network service portfolio, service performance, resource administration, Internal and external governance reporting and financial reporting to keep all network wide deliverables achieved. This is a global position for fulfilling the network service needs in timely manner with good quality deliverables of network services.Main scope and responsibility of the Network Service Owner to support the Head of IT network will be:

  • driving the Internal and external governance meetings
  • helping to manage the resource administration
  • building and tracking the financial spend / control / planning/ tracking
  • helping to maintaining the future planning / roadmaps
  • helping to manage the program portfolio and project financial / resource tracking
  • coordinating and maintaining the necessary documentation/reports
  • supporting the sharepoint, intranet and other tools accesses
  • Bachelor s degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10-15+ years experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment (Nokia IT network experience is preferable)
  • Professional certification (PMP or Prince) will be preferred
  • Previous experience of understanding and handling independently complex and multistream projects related to network and IT infra
  • Good Knowledge of Portfolio management
  • Good Knowledge of Financial Management
  • Capable of managing provider teams
  • Capable to understand and develop business cases
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self
  • Strong customer focus
  • Drive to deliver results, get things done attitude
