Job Description

If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Responsibilities
    • Patch installation in Development, Test and Production/DR environments.
    • Patch audit, validation, and rollback activity as required.
    • Create patching plan and set patching schedule in conjunction with Customer Middleware Team.
    • Perform Quarterly patching for Development, Test and Production Middleware Environments aligned to vendor N-1 patch release
    • Perform patching activities weekdays after business hours or during weekends as defined in the patching schedule.
    • Coordinate with vendors to understand recommended OS baseline, patch source, and ensure that patch clusters are correct.
    • Coordinate with security and compliance teams on vulnerability management related reporting and actions.
    • Creation and ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure documentation
    Required Skills
    • Experience with patching and administration of web servers like Weblogic
    • Experience with patching and administration of messaging middleware like IBM MQ
    • Experience with patching and administration of batch software like IBM Tivoli
    • Experience with building automation through scripting
    • Understanding of security and vulnerability management tools
    • Understanding of operating system and networking /security configuration
    • Experience with working on-call, weekends
    • Experience with vendor coordination
    • Experience with service management tools
    • Strong communication, interaction and customer service skills with end customers and staff members
