The NOC L3 Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting networks, resolving complex technical issues, and providing customer support for network-related issues. The NOC L3 Engineer will work closely with the internal teams to ensure that network systems are running smoothly and efficiently.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of network protocols such as IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols, and network architecture Expertise in network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Cacti, Nagios, Solarwinds, etc. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Experience with Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls is preferred Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS-SP, or JNCIP-SP is an added plus Knowledge of network security technologies and products,
