    • Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
    • Follows the basic rules as provided on the SOP.
    • Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
    • Receive calls from providers/callers/hospitals/labs/medical staff.
    • Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
    • Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.
    • Expedites calls to the supervisor when there is a delay in closure of transaction or transaction is crossing the processing timeline as per contract.
    Experience:
    • Any Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets and degree).
    • Excellent Communication (both verbal & written) as the associates will be talking to US Customers.
    • Mandatory experience of Customer Service in International Voice Process
    • Comfortable in customer handling.
    • Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
    Skills:
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Comfort of handling end-to-end voice profile.
    • Experience in International Voice Process
